I created LakeForestMark.com as a community resource for the residents of Lake Forest Park.
About Me:
I moved to Seattle from California in 2005 and I am happy to call this beautiful part of the world my home. I was in the Dry-Cleaning business with my family for 15 years, and have made the transition to full time real estate over the past 5. I enjoy playing and writing music, a good novel, skiing, boating, and the company of good friends. I live with my girlfriend and her 3 fantastic kids in Lake Forest Park.

I started out in real estate as a part-time investor. I like it so much that I decided to make a career out of it. I have extensive knowledge about the foreclosure process and pre-foreclosure investing.
I feel that learning the business as a buyer/investor gives me a unique perspective in dealing with my clients who are not only buying a home, but a long term investment.
My business is primarily focused on North Seattle, in particular, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline and Lake City/Pinehurst, though I have listed and sold properties all over the Seattle area.
