Who Am I?

Everyone knows the majority of buyers use the Internet when they start their home search. Unfortunately, the quality of photos for homes listed is rather low. My name is Lance Selgo and I am a professional real estate photographer serving Fort Worth and surrounding areas in North Texas.

About Our Company

Unique Exposure Photography is co-owned by myself, Lance Selgo and Adam Seeger. We started the business specializing in Professional Real Estate Photography in mid-2010. Adam and his wife listed his home for sale on the market and one evening at happy hour we decided to see if we could improve on Adam's home photos. I was always interested in photography but had never taken it to the next level. We rented a wide-angle lens, took our first real estate photos, and created Unique Exposure Photography after positive feedback from realtors.

Examples of Our Work

We set ourself apart from other real estate photographers by paying attention to details and offering outstanding, personal customer service.

Although we aren't certified in staging, we will move items around to get the best shot. For instance, we'll move a paper towel roll off a kitchen island, or remove an unsightly trash can from the frame.

We also utilize tools to our advantage to get the best shot possible for the space we are photographing. Sometimes we aren't tall enough to see a specific space, so we use Pole Aerial Photography to boost the camera up into the air and obtain the perfect angle.

Although we are usually spoiled in Texas with a bright blue sky, the reality is we will run into white skies on some days we are scheduled to photograph the exterior of a home. In these instances, we take the initiative to drop in a blue sky for the exterior photos so they aren't sad and gloomy. The front exterior photo is usually the first image potential buyers see when they browse homes online so it's important we give realtors an image that sets their home apart from the others. (Note: although we do place blue skies in some of our images, we under no circumstances will adjust the environment and replace items like electrical lines, landscaping, damaged exteriors, etc.)
