Teaching the Realtors Land Institute's required "Land 101" course, now for five years to Realtors and interested parties from, now 32 states has been very rewarding for all. In the past fifteen years, my expertees as "A Dirt Road Developer" (now on my 35th rural sub-division) is worth sharing to anyone that may be interested. I hold the Accredited Land Consulting designation and are one of twenty-eight in North Carolina and 368 in the US today in this 65 year orginazation that are active.
