Who is this guy?

Lane Bailey is an Atlanta area REALTOR®, auto enthusiast, 4x4 builder and former sports car racer.  He specializes in properties for other enthusiasts.  Lane is also a husband and father.  Lastly, he is a guy that enjoys tools, technology and working with his hands.

What does he do?

I specialize in hobby properties, like lake homes, and homes with auto enthusiast garages around Gwinnett.  While I have worked all over metro Atlanta, I am primarily active in the area around Lilburn and Lake Lanier.  That may seem odd, as the two areas aren't that close... but I live in the Lilburn area, and I have been very active around Lake Lanier.
