It was great to meet you as well.  And I would love to get together with you, as I'm sure Roxanne would, to go through your investment training exercises.  I just have a basic excel spreadsheet where I try and determine if my monthly rent would cover mortgage, taxes, insurance or not.  I wasn't thinking about positive cash flow, just trying to keep from a negative cash flow, so I'm intrigued by the thought of a positive cash flow....
