For those of you who already know me, I am out of the retail market and into equity lending full time as a wholesale AE for TD Financial Group, Inc., a direct hard money lender serving the California market.
During my time working as a loan officer, the concept of equity lending in my mind seemed to always be related to foreclosures and financial hardship. I have learned that hard money financing applies to many more scenarios than I imagined and can actually generate great returns on short-term investments without the extensive process involved in conventional financing. It can be a useful tool when applied to the right situations. It is my goal to provide quick, customizable solutions for these cases.
