We live in a rural community, 14 miles from San Juan Capistrano, CA. We originally represented buyers and sellers of horse properties only, but have since become involved in homes in Orange County.

About Us:

Patricia and Larry work together as a married "Team." We work with Buyers and Sellers in a low-key manner. We are just as selective in choosing our clients as they are with us. We now mainly work from referrals. We are honest, moral, and ethical in our dealings. Larry has the e-PRO and GRI designations.  Patricia has the GRI certification. We think of the Agency as a marraige: we won't do just anything to get the listing or  to represent a buyer.  It has to feel right. Does this philosophy set us apart from other agents? Maybe. Maybe not!
