A Realtor since 1978, Larry D. McGee's ambition and entrepreneurial skills have made him a successful agent and outstanding businessman. Larry understands that real estate is a lifestyle, and not just a job; this philosophy has influenced his career and is evident in his accomplishments within the real estate world. In addition to being a a career Realtor, Larry has become a pillar in the Denver real estate community. He owned his first brokerage in 1986, and managed a large corporate real estate office in Cherry Creek. In addition to serving as chairman of Metrolist, Inc., he has served as president of the Aurora Board of Realtors and the Colorado CRS Chapter #1. The Governor appointed him to Colorado's Housing Policy Task Force, and he has chaired state, local, and national committees within the real estate industry. Currently, Larry serves a a Director of the Residential Brokerage Council (CRB), and Chairs a Presidential Task Force for the Colorado Association of Realtors. As Owner and Managing Broker of The Berkshire Group, Larry helps an exceptional group of professionals deliver superior real estate services to a broad client base.
