About Us:

Larry Goldstein and Sue Person-Goldstein are a husband and wife team who have been selling Real Estate in the Glendale/Phoenix area for over 25 years. By living and working in the Glendale/Phoenix Real Estate Market since the early 80's, we have seen many ups and downs in the market.  Our experience and continuing education has enabled us to properly represent clients in any situation.   

Our business is built by treating all of our clients like family.  We take pride in the fact that we've sold numerous homes to couples with children and a decade or so  later helped the now grown children purchase their first home.  We have many clients that are on their third and fourth home purchase with us.  We want to be our Client's Realtors for Life.

Areas of Expertise

Larry and Sue work Re-sale and the New Home Market, Land Sales, Government Owned Homes (HUD Homes),  Foreclosure Properties and Income Properties.  Our office lists the HUD home for West Maricopa and we are up to date on all of the available properties for sale throughout the State.  We are also up to date with any changes in policies that HUD makes.  We are area of the Forclosure Properties that are available in the Glendale/ Phoenix area and can help you find a great deal on this type of property.  We also keep up with all of the new Incentives and Pricing that the Valley Builders are offering on their products.

For our Sellers we show them what is happening in their neighborhood and help them properly price their home to sell.  There are many aspects to getting your home sold in the current Real Estate market.  Putting a sign in the yard does not work any more,  price and exposure is what moves homes these days.  We are hands on as well as internet driven to reach as many prospective buyers as possible.  

We specialize in working with all types of Buyers.  We especailly like to help the 1st time home buyer find their first home.  We are there every step of the way throughout the process of purchasing their first home, which is also same service our more seasoned Buyers and Sellers receive. 

We work with seasoned lenders that we trust will take special care of all of clients and will guide them through the lending process.  We also keep up with this process to insure our clients are receiving the best possible financing and a loan that is in the Buyers best interest.
