Having practiced real estate law in KY for 25 years, we specialize in handing the complicated matters for you, while at the same time, offering full real estate services for ALL transactions, from the smallest to the largest! We particularly specialize in farm properties. Our family has been in West KY for 150 years, and we live on our family homeplace which has been in the family for 100 of those 150 years! My grandfather farmed and was local agricultural credit lender for many years. My father was our local country agricultural agent for many years. Thus our real estate business is deeply rooted in the rural, agricultural heritage and tradition of our area.
