Yorba Linda

Yorba Linda is best known as a residential community of single-family homes on large lots. The population is over 68,000.  There are currently about 20,700 housing units in Yorba Linda  with prices ranging from the high $400,000 to over $3 million.  Yorba Linda also has over 100 miles of equestrian trails throughout the community.
 All public schools in the community are under the jurisdiction of the Placentia - Yorba Linda Unified School District (PLYUSD). Parents in the PLYUSD are rightfully proud of the seven elementary schools and three middle schools, and are eagerly anticipating the completion of a new high school. Nearly every year, Yorba Linda students place near the top of Orange County schools in standardized academic achievement tests.
The number of Yorba Linda children participating each year in organized youth sports is impressive; the City maintains 135 acres of sports fields and 30,000 square feet of gymnasium space for activities including Little League baseball, girl's softball, Pop Warner football, soccer and junior basketball.

About Me
I have been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry for over 12 years, including commercial and residential purchase, sales, lease, finance, investment and development.  While initially choosing to pursue a career in the field of technology, I have always had an interest in real estate.  I attended California State University, Fullerton where I studied Computer Science, enabling me to serve my country in the military as an IT for the United States Navy.  While in school, I was also employed as a Steel Construction Foreman developing several commercial buildings.  One of my greatest projects included the Staples Center of Los Angeles, CA. Today my name appears on the wall to recognize those involved with the completion of the project.

Prior to obtaining my Real Estate Brokers license I purchased my first home while working in the construction industry.  My experience was unpleasant because I chose to work with an inexperienced real estate agent.  Learning the hard way that experience counts for everything when dealing in real estate transactions, I decided to obtain my Real Estate Brokers license and learn all that I could, determined to provide the level of expertise expected from a licensed professional.

In March of 2000, I received my Real Estate Brokers license and joined the Real Estate industry. Over the last ten years I have been involved in residential rehabilitations, residential new construction, mortgage lending, commercial development and commercial and residential investment opportunities.  It is these years of experience and education, along with my many available resources and connections, that contribute to my success and make me the realtor for you.  

Today I am a successful Real Estate Broker specializing in commercial and residential real estate selling, purchasing, investment, financing and development.
