Who I Am...
This profession we call Real Estate is challenging, opportunistic and rewarding. At least for me. I love working with people in the pursuit of achieving their dream of owning their own home. Maybe for the first time... maybe for the last time... but living the American Dream none-the-less.
I have had a very successful career in banking and finance. My 35 years in the financial services profession gave me the back ground, experience and understanding needed in negotiating with buyers and sellers. Investors and lenders are very knowledgeable when it comes to what they are looking to accomplish. The experience and exposure to business leaders, CEO's, procurement officers, HR heads and small business owners has taught me how to communicate with individuals at every level of authority. I speak their language and I am able to work from the onset of their plan to the completion and occupancy of their project.
I understand title companies. I understand the importance of following through with all transactions, no matter the size of the deal.
Every step of every real estate transaction will be handled with professionalism and expediency. I know the importance of follow through. Areas of Expertise
I have the pleasure to work with Lake Property, Condominiums, Country Estates, Single Family Homes, Duplex and Multi-Family investment properties. I work in a 7 county area and I have the experience in business that is so needed today to insure a smooth transaction.
I also work closely with numerous commercial listings and have a variety of business and investment clients. I work with buyers and sellers in the successful purchase or sale of businesses such as restaurants, automotive industry such as car wash property, commercial condominium property and more.
My Real Estate career has been formed and is mature because of a previous career in Commercial Banking. Working with Banks such as Chase Bank and US Bank has given me the expertise needed in communicating with lenders. I understand their language and what they need in order to complete the loan. I have also worked in community banks in smaller markets giving me hands on experience and knowledge of the small business owner. I will never treat you like a number.
