About Us:

Hello, my name is Chris Clements.  I have been in the mortgage industry for 6 years now.  I started working with a couple builder mortgage companies which gave me the opportunity to learn loan programs and guidelines very quickly due to the high volume of loans we would close.  I also immediately learned the importance of deadlines in the contract and communication to all parties involved.   Last but not least I learned the importance of customer service.  Buying a home and getting the loan can be a stressful situation for many.  My goal is to educate my clients throughout the process and take the stress out so they can focus on the excitement of home ownership.

Areas of Expertise

I enjoy continually learning as it is important to never get stagnant in this industry as things keep changing.  My primary focus is the residential arena and I stay up to date in conventional, FHA, VA, alt a and subprime.  If someone doesn't qualify, I give them a roadmap to get on track to buy in the future.
