About Me:

I am a Fully Licensed North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Agent with experience working with both buyers and sellers.  As a member of the Richmond County Realtors Association, the North Carolina Realtors Association, and the National Realtors Association, I have available to me all of the home marketing tools and resources provided by these associations.  Some of these resources include the regional MLS Service and Realtor.com which is the number one authoritative source for Real Estate Sales Information in this area.  In addition, as a RE/MAX agent, I have access to a multitude of resources and a network of agents around the world.  Resources such as RE/MAX.com and LauraFryehomes.com make it easy for me to market your home or property in the global community.

    Moving is never easy, but moving all the way across the country for a job transfer is completely overwhelming!  This year I was given an opportunity to transfer all the way from Arizona to North Carolina.  It was a big step for us, but one that we thought was well worth it.  We began the transfer with me spending alternating weeks in Arizona and North Carolina.  During that time we needed to get our house in Arizona on the market and find a place to live in North Carolina.  While searching for property in North Carolina we came across Laura Frye's website.  Laura was more than just a Realtor trying to sell us something.  Laura was, and still is, our friend.  While we were in AZ Laura continued to keep things moving along.  She took time out of her schedule, and time from her family, to get things done that we couldn't because we were in AZ during times when things got scheduled.   We've never moved before, let alone all the way across the country, so we needed a lot of help.  Laura was there for us through the whole process.  To keep this short, our original purchase didn't end up being our final purchase.  Due to fluctuations in the mortgage market we had to change our path mid-stream.  Laura didn't miss a step in the transition, she was there to help and guide us through the whole nightmare.  To add to this; the time that our original intentions didn't work was the same time that Laura went on maternity leave from the office.  Laura didn't let that stop her from helping us, she kept in constant phone contact with us to make sure that things kept moving along, even while she was on leave from work.    With Laura's help we found and purchased the house that fulfilled our dreams!  Laura was there to do things we couldn't do, she was there to guide us, and she was there to keep things moving when it appeared things had stalled.  Laura is more than just an agent, Laura is a friend to us, and she'll be a friend to you if you give her the chance to help you make your dreams come true.   Thank you Laura, you are and will always be our friend!
