Mission Statement:

My goal is to protect buyers through every phase of the home buying process.  At one time or another during my many personal relocations, I fell for most of the sales tricks and mortgage scams that are common to this industry.  My clients will not be taken advantage of because I am dedicated to making sure they are always well informed and well represented.   

Areas of Expertise

I am an Exclusive Buyer's Agent (EBA) which means I work ONLY for home buyers, never sellers, and I work out of an Exclusive Buyer's Brokerage.  No one in our office ever takes listings or works for sellers, so we never have to worry about the unavoidable conflict of interest brokerages and traditional agents face when they attempt to represent buyers and sellers at the same time.  I'm a REALTOR and I've earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in addition to the much more challenging CEBA (Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent) certification.  I am also e-PRO certified.
