Briefly...

I'm a resident of southern Ocean County (residing in Manahawkin) with a great interest in community service, local government and politics.  So when you are ready to buy or sell, if I don't have the answer to a particular question, you can bet I know where to get it!

 

I specialize in home and land sales in southern Ocean County; Homes in Waretown, homes in Barnegat, homes in Manahawkin, and homes on Long Beach Island.  I also list and sell homes in Eagleswood, Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton.  In northern Atlantic County, my service area includes Smithville (Galloway), Absecon, Plesantville, Egg Harbor and Mays Landing. 

My experience in getting short sales to the closing table, in depth comparitive market analyses, and comprehensive marketing plans, ensure the job gets done!

Though not required in NJ, I take continued education seriously.  I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS for advanced training in all the facets of representing buyers.

In 2008, I also became a certified e-PRO REALTOR.  I have extensive training in web based marketing and advertising!

How I Got Here...

A Background of Client Service & Satisfaction

 

I was born and raised in New Jersey.  At various points I've called Essex, Morris, Ocean, Somerset, Union, Mercer and Middlesex counties my home. 

I wasn't raised in Ocean County, though it was my first stop after graduating from New Mexico State University in 1976. 

Immediately I was taken by the great variety of natural beauty...from the ocean views and tidal wetlands to the vast pineland reserves and the wealth of history that dwells in its boundaries.  Not to be taken for granted is the great mix of newcomers and the children of generations of pinelands residents. 

My degree is in Journalism & Mass Communications.  Professional experience includes: 

WOBM FM News Director, announcer, reporter, talk show host.

 COMMUNITY OUTREACH on local, legislative, state and federal political campaigns for both parties.

 CONSTITUENT SERVICE Directed outreach and service for various state legislators and several state government departments.  I was appointed by both Republican and Democrat Governors. 

HOSPITALITY SERVICE/MANAGEMENT from fine dining to wedding planning and service supervision. 

REALTOR ASSOCIATE making dreams come true!! 

As you can see my professional life has been spent working with people from all walks of life, understanding their concerns and bringing all parties to successful solutions...tailored to meet their needs.
