I have been a licensed Illinois Realtor since 1996. I sell homes in the West and Northwest suburbs of Chicago in Cook and DuPage counties.  I was born and raised in the city of Chicago on the Northwest side.  We lived in Crystal Lake, Illinois in McHenry County for 12 years.  My husband, my two children and I have been living in Oak Brook for the past 5 years. I service the communities of:  Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, Lisle, Lombard, Oak Brook, Westchester, Westmont & Woodridge.

I specialize in the buying and selling of residential real estate. I take great pride in treating everyone of my clients with honesty & respect.  I provide a high level of service and communication. I am a previous member of the Builder Marketing Team in which I have earned the designations of RCC (Residential Construction Certified) and CNHS (Certified New Homes Specialist), represented Kennedy Homes in three of their subdivisions located in Belvidere in Boone County, Wonder Lake in McHenry County and Hebron in McHenry County. I worked with Chestnut Homes' Silo Ridge subdivision in Machesney Park, IL..  I am relocation certified through Baird & Warner's Relocation Team and have helped many families over the years transition to their new locations. Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals which is the GREATEST compliment I could receive!

When marketing homes for sale, I utilize every innovative opportunity available to me. I am a very hands on agent and I am with my clients every step of the way.  I offer a strong internet presence. Your home is placed on www.bairdwarner.com, www.chicagotribune.com, www.backpage.com, www.craigslist.org, www.activerain.com, www.localism.com. I also advertise in the Chicago Tribune, Daily Herald and local publications. Staying in touch with local agents via e-mail, phonecalls and Broker Tours helps me to keep your home fresh in their minds. Just Listed cards are sent to surrounding homes. Free Home Warranty from American Home Shield with a six month listing agreement.  Professional photography for all of the homes I market. Target Marketing using direct mailers.  

When I am not selling real estate I enjoy spending time at my lake house in Wisconsin.  We spend a lot of family time boating, swimming, jet skiing and relaxing. Many great memories are being made there.  One of my passions is interior decorating and find myself helping my friends and neighbors with furniture placement & color schemes.
