About Me

Most of my business is repeat and referral after 30 years of experience. I recently joined Keller Williams in Peoria, IL.  I sell homes to clients downsizing, buying their first home, enjoying a large luxury home, homes in estates, and love to work with transferees.  I sellhomes in Peoria, Dunlap, Mossville, Edwards, , Morton, Germantown Hills and Peoria Heights.  I livein Edgewild Subdivision in Peoria, and I am a neighborhood expert.  I run a "boutique" style real estate business with the emphasis on high quality marketing and top of the line customer service.  I do have a licensed Realtor assistant, Eileen Bauer, and she handles the operations side of my business, so I have time to spend directly with my clients. You will not be assigned to a "team" member or "buyer's agent", you will work with me unless I am tied up with another client, Eileen can step in if there is a conflict.  She has been in the real estate industry for over 9 years and is very detail oriented.
