I met Laurie when she was working with my brother as his buyer's agent. My brother raved about Laurie; though I wasn't looking for houses in the Winchester area I contacted her, hoping that she might know of and recommend an outstanding buyer's agent in the towns where I was looking. Before she could, a house came up that I loved and absolutely had to see. I asked Laurie if she would help me, even though this town was well outside her normal working area. She agreed, came with me to see the house, and guided me through the process of making an offer. When she discovered there were two other offers on the house she contacted me immediately with recommendations to make my offer more attractive to the seller. We revised my offer; Laurie submitted my package along along with a personal note the seller's agent raved about afterwards.
