1. Why did you choose me to work with?

"We had been looking for a house to call new home for a while when we met Laurie to see one of her listed house. We had never met her before and yet, my wife, who has an uncanny flair of analyzing people immediately liked Laurie. There on we were hooked to Laurie. Versus others, we found that she called us only when it was necessary. She never ever spammed us with email. Yet, when we called she picked our call or called right back. These things we found in her as stark contrast to some of the other real estate brokers. 

2. What did you like best about the experience of working with me?

During our four months of business relationship with Laurie, we found her to be polite, prompt, patient, detailed, and completely honest. Even when things did not seem to go well with the seller, who was a very difficult person to work with, she kept her cool and landed us our new home. We will forever remain grateful to Laurie for her help. When the seller refused to make basic changes that we had requested, she put part of her own fee on line to make the change possible- a gesture we found very kind and we remain grateful for that. 

When it came to selling our old home, she came up with excellent marketing strategy. She took great photographs of our home displaying another of her talent. Our house had an accepted offer in less than 10 days after it went to the market and that too with ten grand over the asking price. We could not be happier. 

As a person Laurie is rarely disturbed but never unconcerned. 

What would you say to others who need similar help?
If you ever need help with homes North of Boston and do not have a real estate agent, we would strongly urge you to trust Laurie. Real Estate Agents, we strongly believe do not and can not come better than Laurie Randazzo.
