I enjoy bringing the right buyer and seller together.  Whether you are a first-time home buyer or seasoned home owner looking for an investment or retirement home, I have the experience to find what you are looking for with your next move.  The most important attribute I display in this economy is patience and market knowledge.  I grew up on the Cape and am very familiar with local school systems, government bodies and recreational facilities.  I have developed a large referral system of contractors, bankers, lawyers and appraisers that will make your buying or selling experience enjoyable.

I am also very dedicated to my profession.  I am committed to making customer service my ultimate goal and building a network of friends and clients.

Areas of Expertise

The area of expertise I accelerate in is working with Buyers looking to make Cape Cod their final home.  There is a strong demand from the Baby Boomers looking to retire and spend some quality time on the Cape.  In addition, I also work well with Buyers who are looking to buy their first home or to move-up to a bigger home.  All of these markets are strong regardless of the price range.

I have a business background in Finance and am very familiar with the different financing programs that are available to Buyers as well.  I have a large resource of bankers and mortgage brokers that can assist buyers with the right program for their needs.
