Chris Balmes PC, GRI, e-PRO and her daughter, Lisa Balmes PC, e-Pro, opened Chris Balmes Properties (CBP) to service the Portland, OR metropolitan area in 2007. CBP has licensed Brokers/Agents in both Oregon and Washington, which will allow the ability and experience to search the entire metro area for a client's perfect home. CBP brokers/agents have been involved in many types of real estate; residential, commercial, corporate relocation services, rural residential, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, multifamily, and 1031 exchanges. This gives CBP a superior knowledge of building, remodeling, and maintaining a home.
The Portland Business Journal names CBP as a Top Real Estate Firm in the August 6, 2007 issue. This is a phenomenal milestone for us, as we formed the company in March 2007. We appreciate the support of our long time clients, vendors, friends and community for all the support.
CBP has now added Property Management as a service for our clients. Adding this service has allowed our clients the opportunity to sell, buy and manage their properties all with Chris Balmes Properties.

Lisa recently moved back to Oregon after living in the Seattle, WA area for the past 15 years. Balmes a licensed Realtor® in the states of Oregon and Washington and will also use her marketing and public relations background to help facilitate the start-up of CBP. She is active in the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce and helps on chamber task forces.
Balmes has experience in working for the Portland TrailBlazers, Seattle Seahawks, Nordstrom Corporate, Denver Broncos Sam Adams, Everett Hawks and Junior Achievement of Washington. She owns Something Special Events (SSE), a premier full service event management company started in 1998. Balmes is a Partner and Member of White Tie. She is also the Executive Director for the Brian Blades Foundation in Seattle, WA.
