About Lauri Beamish- Broker/Owner/Realtor

 I'm an older woman and mother of 3 grown children. I've lived most of my life in Santa Clara county and ridden the ups and the downs of real estate here since 1987. I approach every contract as if it was for myself, making sure to dot all the "i"s and cross the "t"s. Most of my clients have remained life-long friends as they know they mean more to me than just a commission check, and I watch out for their interests as I would my own.

I specialize in residential real estate from the most South end of San Jose up the peninsula to the most north end of Palo Alto. I am all too familiar with the foreclosure process from both sides of the fence and currently doing what I can to help people who are in distress in the market, either before they get in to trouble, or helping them navigate through the trouble their in.
