President and Principal Broker since 2001, Leah Caro has been with Bronxville-Ley Real Estate since 1992. As an on-site owner, her commitment to clients and over 35 salespeople is easy to see. Being open and available, with a hands-on approach, is an important part of her business model.
 
Impressive credentials include membership in the National, New York State and Westchester County Boards of Realtors, as well as the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.  Leah is a Member of the Women's Council of Realtors. 

Additionally, Leah is the 2008 First Vice President of the County Board of Realtors, one of only 4 officers of the Board of Directors. She is also a Director at the State and National Associations. 

Leah has been a member of The Westchester County Board of Realtors (WCBR) Standards of Practice and Ethics committee. This group is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of behavior for the County's nearly 8000 Realtor members.

 Leah was Chair of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Rules Committee and was an integral part of guiding the Board of Directors to pass tougher standards. Leah is also certified by NY State to teach real estate license law, agency disclosure and ethics.
