He has negotiated the acquisition of multi-million dollar building/land deals as well as worked with developers in completing build-to-suit projects throughout Phoenix. He has helped many clients find tenants for their buildings and negotiated multi-year leases as a tenant representative.
Mr. Taylor considers himself an expert on the West Valley which includes emerging cities such as Tolleson, Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Peoria and Surprise. Excellent long-term opportunities also exist in the speculative cities of Tonopah and Buckeye.
Although I do all commercial projects, I tend to like warehouses, mini-storage, offices, shopping centers, retail, industrial, multifamily, and executive residences.
He has served his client/investors by identifying suitable properties, preparing detailed ROI investor analytics, worked with property management companies, structured sale-leasebacks and designed 1031 exchanges to minimize taxes.
He is the author of "Selling Leasing In A Tough Economy" and The Future of Equipment Leasing. He is an expert on FASB, GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SARBOX) and is a Certified Leasing Professional (CLP). He received his CPA from the State of California in 1984, which is currently inactive.
