Murphy came to visit just when I though I had defied all the odds and sold my condo at the height of the worst US housing bust since the Great Depression. It was my pleasure to have worked with someone like Lee for my first home purchase this summer. The housing & home loan markets were experiencing major troubles we've all heard about and I was very nervous about making my decision on how to finance the home that I needed. I had already spent a lot of time filling out on-line applications and being bombarded by the sales calls from more internet loan specialists than I ever expected. I ended up more confused than when I had started, and had a lost of misleading information and promises. Rather than taking the chance, I wanted to find someone I could trust personally, and who I felt understood my specific needs. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank your assistance in the recent purchase of my home. Even on closing day when there was a glitch with the wire transfer, you worked diligently to resolve the problem so that I could close on the day which meant not having to make an additional trip to the title company.
