About Me:

I want to be your Realtor® of choice. I was not born in Texas but as they say “I got here as fast as I could.” So, I grew up in Texas in a construction family and moved around a lot so, I have lived in most big Texas cities. I graduated from the University of Texas At Austin with a bachelor in Economics. The last five years I have been in the HR consulting industry working with Fortune 500 companies. Combine my skills growing up in construction with my knowledge of economics then polished with consulting with the Fortune 500’s. I am ready to meet your real estate needs.

Areas of Expertise

I am primarily a Listing agent because my expertise lends me to be particularly successful in this area. I am first of all an economist graduating as I said above from the University of Texas [Aggies, Hey at least its a Texas school]. I have a very precise set of steps I go through to get the right price range for a home. This includes but not limited to market conditions, competition, sales history, project timing, and home condition. Secondly as a consultant, I am a keen negotiator that represents my client 100% and I do this by doing an Principle/Agent analysis to make sure that your number one goal is made my number one goal. There are over fourteen areas to negotiate a home purchase and I know them inside and out and have a clear understanding of what your goal is to match my negotiation tactics.
I also occasionally represent the buyer. I have a tested process that helps buyers navigate the home inventory and make important decisions on thing like, to build or not to build, neighborhood selection, and family needs analysis. I have an extensive construction back ground and built my own home as well. I clearly understand the home building process and love clients navigate the process of building your new home. Not interested in building? Well I have been around a while, I know what quality construction looks like too over time, I can help you find a home that when the inspection report comes back you are not surprised. In my family needs analysis we can narrow down inventory by understanding your current and future needs.
 My goal is to earn your business for life and in my agent for life program we cover your life goals and how real estate is a part of that. I cover a financial needs analysis to build a long term plan for you and if real estate ownership outside of just your own home is part of that. I can create with you strategies for your long term goals.
