Hello!  I'm Leesa Finley, the Wake Forest NC House Chick, and I specialize in Real Estate in the Wake Forest NC and Northern Wake County area.  I am a licensed and practicing Realtor® and I am the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of R.E.D. Properties which is a small independent firm with dynamic Realtors® specializing in all areas of Wake, Granville, Johnston, Franklin, Orange and Durham Counties, North Carolina.

While I am well-versed on the entire Triangle area I like to focus on the area that I love and know best - WAKE FOREST, NC.  While you will obviously find homes for sale in the Wake Forest NC area via my website and blogs what you may not know is that I will take you on a journey through this Historic town by way of blog posts, educational pieces, pictures and stories. 

A little personal information about me:  I am lucky enough to be married to the man of my dreams and we have an incredible son, Liam, who you will most certainly hear about from time to time on the various blogs!  Sorry, I am a mom and I can't help it!  To complete our family we have a 104lb Golden Retriever and no, HE IS NOT FAT!  He is TALL!  Our vet has said that he refuses to ever guesstimate weight again after him. We live in Wake Forest NC and have now for over 10 years.  We have watched this town grow beyond belief.  I remember when it was first suggested to look this way and I cringed and said "No WAY!"  At the time, I felt it was "too far" out.  My how times have changed!  We have watched this town grow in leaps and bounds but have been amazed every step of the way how the town planners have managed to maintain it's small town charm and keep its Historic Downtown District vibrant!  Kudos to them!  The town planners are always forthcoming with their plans and the public is invited to the meetings - they want our input - it's OUR town!
