Overall, Lorianne is a smart, friendly, and aggressive realtor that truly cares about improving her client's lives through real estate. She is one of the most honest and reliable realtors you'll ever meet.

Lorianne was born on Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan to Filipino American parents. As a military brat, she was able to travel all over Asia, and spent 10 years of her life living in Alaska. After 10 years, she decided she was through with the cold weather and opted out for Arizona’s dry heat.

Lorianne received a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies at Arizona State University, then obtained a paralegal certificate at Long Technical College. She is currently working as a paralegal at one of Arizona’s largest and well-respected law firms. She has worked in Product Liability Litigation defending several large corporations in product liability lawsuits. She is also now doing work in Immigration Law.  She recently passed the Arizona Legal Document Preparer Exam and is applying for her Legal Document Preparer Certification.

Aside from her paralegal and real estate career, she believes it is important to have hobbies outside of work. Currently, she serves as a Board Director for the Maricopa County Bar Association Paralegal Division, and chairs the MCBA Scholarship Committee. She volunteers time with the Marilyn Benesch Scholarship Fund sponsored by the Snell & Wilmer Paralegals. She also participates in a variety of community service projects sponsored by her law firm and paralegal association, like the American Heart Association, Make A Wish Foundation, and United Way. She is always supportive of the many charities that her friends support and the events that they participate in.

Lorianne’s interest in real estate developed from witnessing her parents buy, build, and invest in many homes throughout the country. She proudly bought her first home at the age of 22 years. She has been investing in real estate ever since. She has lived all over the Phoenix area from Ahwatukee and Tempe to Peoria and Surprise. She is currently enjoying the exciting, prospering area of North Scottsdale/Desert Ridge.

Lorianne loves traveling to and exploring foreign, exotic places. She loves eating ethnics foods and will try just about anything. She spends a lot of time (and money) finding the best places to eat and drink in the Greater Phoenix area. Some of her other miscellaneous hobbies include reading, bicycling, running, watching movies, and brainstorming ideas so that she can live her life leisurely.
