My motto is "putting the SERVE into SERVICE.  This is the LendingBliss difference!

 I have been in the mortgage banking industry for over 10 years, and have a vast knowledge of not only how to close a loan, but what actually happens to a loan once a borrower begins to repay.  I work with a highly skilled group of business partners that help me efficiently and effectively bring their clients the highest quality in a lending experience.  I have two major goals, Firstly, to take care of my borrowers.  My second goal is to take care of my business partners.  If I take care of my borrowers, then my business partners are happy!  Keeping "the main thing, the main thing" is the foundation of my success.  This is a great accomplishment!

Lifestyle Specialist

You could call me a lifestyle specialist.  A huge aspect of helping a borrower obtain financing is to know exactly what they want to accomplish and why they feel they need to accomplish their objectives.  The only way to do this is to LISTEN to exactly what is going on in their world, wether it be crisis, or rejoicing!  At the beginning and end of everyday, we are all people first, and only concerned about our own needs and wants.  It is imperative for me to remember that during my business day.  I must focus completely on what my borrower needs and wants.  It saves me time & effort, and saves the borrower stress and possibly money. 

No two people are exactly alike.  People are motivated by different things.  This is true for possible objections as well.  Again, LISTENING helps me know just what objections a person may have, and allows me to make prerparations for overcomng these objections.

This could all be summarized by a person's hopes and fears.  When you present options that fufill their hopes and overcomes their fears, then you have just made a way for them to change their life.  I am in the life changing business.  I am a lifestyle specialist!
