Mortgage Planners
America's Lending Partners, a pioneer in the mortgage industry since 1999, is looking for experienced, self-motivated, mortgage experts to join our rapidly growing team of professionals as Mortgage Planners. The right candidates will have already achieved success as mortgage originators or lending consultants and are now interested in taking those careers to the next levels.
As a Mortgage Planner, you will be responsible for servicing inbound customer requests for 4 loan offers to purchase or refinance a home, or obtain a home equity loan. Using our proprietary software, you will select and present 4 different loan offers to each customer and assist them in selecting the optimum financing solution for their specific situation. America's Lending Partners will provide you with training, qualified leads, back-end support and access to all the necessary software to be successful.
Once successful, our Mortgage Planners will be offered an opportunity to further their knowledge and expertise by undergoing additional training to become an Advanced Mortgage Planner. An Advanced Mortgage Planner is a trusted adviser to homeowners, and understands the dynamics of managing home equity for the purpose of maximizing assets and increasing overall net worth over time. Advanced Mortgage Planners develop and execute mortgage plans that coordinate borrowers long and short-term financial goals by utilizing a combination of software tools and a variety of mortgage products. In addition Advanced Mortgage Planners develop and maintain reciprocal relationships with Realtors, Financial Planners, and Certified Public Accountants that lead to referral business.
At America's Lending Partners, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes company-subsidized medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k plan, and performance bonuses. Income potential ranges from $85,000 to $250,000.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven external mortgage sales experience OR 1 year proven experience as a Retail Mortgage Lending Consultant OR professional equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proper state license required
- Very strong customer service, time management, prioritization and effective communication skills
- Strong comfort level learning and using new and progressive software / PC applications and tools (no technophobes)
- Ability to work independently (will work from home or personal office)
- Willingness to adhere to ALP's Code of Ethics
- Ability to continuously learn and stay on the cutting edge of Mortgage Planning
