Let me just start off by telling you what I do not do. I will not tell you that I can do something and in the end I cannot. If there is something I cannot do, I will tell you...bottom line. This is so I do not waste my time or yours. With that in mind, in this current market, products/programs are changing daily (even as you read this). Let me do the research in pre-qualifying the borrower. If the borrower does not qualify, I will have an answer as to how the borrower can qualify in the future.
