Lenn,   Thanks again for all of your time and amazing knowledge today.  We really enjoyed it, and you exceeded our expectations.  I am so glad I discovered you on the internet oh so many weeks ago in England!

Received June 2007

Ms. Lenn Harley Homefinders.com
Dear Ms. Harley:
        I would like to thank you for connecting my daughter and I with Joyce, a realtor who works with Homefinders.  Natasha began looking for a place to purchase after her roommate became engaged and set a September wedding date.  Initially, we were simply planning to go out to assess the real estate market, and to see whether Natasha could find a place she liked in her price range.
        Joyce came with several suggested locations on the first Saturday we met.  Although I had thoroughly researched sales on your website, Joyce's knowledge of the area was invaluable.  The condominium unit my daughter finally purchased was one I had passed over.  Joyce's intimate knowledge of the community was what led us to the location.   We had no intention of settling on a place immediately, but Natasha found exactly what she wanted that first day.
        During negotiations and contract preparation, Joyce guided Natasha and assisted in preparation of the offer.  She also referred her to a lender which offered excellent financing.  The result was that both Natasha and I were exceptionally pleased with all aspects of her purchase experience.  It would not have been the same without Joyce in our corner.  I felt that she looked out for my daughter as if she was Joyce's own family member.  When I mentioned to an associate that Natasha was purchasing her condo, she remarked that she wished her son would also consider buying a home.  Joyce's name immediately surfaced, and I advised he would be in good hands working with her if he purchased a home in her area.
        The fact that your organization has such skilled associates is commendable.  Natasha goes to settlement at 11 a.m. today and it would not have happened without Joyce Dawkins.  Thank you.
Sincerely, s/

Lenn, you did it again! !   Thanks for helping Sharma and me find this wonderful home.  Don't even think of retiring.  Our new daughter will be school age in a couple of years and then we'll call you to help us find THE BIG HOUSE.  Lauren Francis.  ==========================================================================================Ms. Harley,  Just a quick word to let you know that we used the home warranty you gifted us with.  I called them like you told me to  and they were here the next morning and fixed the air conditioning.  Thank Joyce for her hard work too.  And thanks for sending me to Tim to do our loan.  Everything went so smoothly.  Lauren.

=======================================================================================

Lenn and Joyce.  Thanks for helping us get those repairs done in our home.  I know the seller didn't want to do anything.  Your persistance and knowledge made the difference.  I don't know why anyone would buy a home without their own agent.  This taught me a good lesson.  Rahma Family.
=======================================================================================
Dear Homefinder.  I don't usually write letters, but in this case I want everyone to know how hard you and Jim worked to help me get my new home.  It's hard when one is out of the country.  But, your management of my purchase was admirable.
My family and I are very pleased with our home in Stafford.  Paula and Steve
========================================================================================
Mrs. Harley.  Thank you very much for helping my wife and me get our home financed. I didn't believe that anyone would give us a VA loan after the last one.  We love our home and we'll be in touch with you when my brother is ready.  George and Lovie
========================================================================================
Hi Lenn.  This is a long overdue note of thanks for your hard work helping me in find my home in Damascus.  I never dreamed that an agent could make so much difference.  Thanks for setting me straight about the lender and title company.  You saved me almost $3,000.  I am very happy with my home and, as you said, those tulips did bloom.  John
=========================================================================================
Ms. Harley and Jim.  Thank you very much for all of your hard work.  Not only did you sell my home but you worked for a solid year to help me find the home for my family.  Julie is very happy not working in the city any longer and loves living in the country.  I believe we're in our last home until our children are grown, but I'll remember you whenever the word real estate agent is mention.  Thanks again.  Richard.  P.S.  Thanks for your patience.
=========================================================================================
At last Lenn, we have our new home and it's everything you said it would be.  We're still waiting for a shower part but we love our new home.  Please come to our house warming in March.  We want to introduce you to our new Virginia friends.  Hanna loves her new school.  She's grown in the past 8 months and loves her new home.  Thanks again and we'll see you soon.
Mark and Sue.

THANKS LENN for guiding us to Round Hill.  We appreciate your looking out for our mortgage.  Now that we own the lot, we can't wait for our builder to finish our house.  I know we'll see you around.  Joe said he saw you at our home site last week.  Thanks for looking out for us.  You were right.  New homes are the best buy.  We can't wait.
March 20, 2008.
Lenn.  I am very please with our new home.  I'm full of information about the house and the way it works.  Everything is so beautiful.  Just think, we'll be moved in in about a week.  The walkthrough was very thorough.  Thanks for being there and giving me the information about the Propane and the sump pump battery. I will take your advice.  I believe we have the best buy in Loudoun County.  Thanks again.
