BUYING? I love the Fox River Valley and I'd love to share it with you. Tell me what you envision for you and your family....how you want to live your life. I work in St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and the surrounding communties. My job is to help you find the community and house that you'll love. 

My job is to serve you, not make you adapt to me. You make the schedule. You choose the search sites you want to use: Realtor.com, Trulia.com or Zillow.com, or any of the broker sites (shameless plug, try the award-winning bairdwarner.com).  

You want to be 100% mobile? So do I. I'm crazy excited about how the iPad has changed how we work. From automated document management to being 100% online all the time, I can't imagine doing this job without my iPad. 

One of my specialties is working with relocation clients. It's hard, but I'm an expert at helping you make the change. I am certified with many of the nation's largest relocation companies including SIRVA, Weichert and Odyssey. 

I'm a data nut and a skilled negotiator, and I'll get you the best possible price for the house you decide to buy. 

SELLING? My job is to help you make the most money in the shortest time possible. It's a lot of work to sell your house but I'll be there to help you think like a buyer.

Yes, it's a price war and a beauty contest. I won't list a house without professional staging and photography. If you have a vacant house to sell, I'm now incorporating virtual staging into the program.
