I'm proud to say that I was born and raised in Boise and what an incredible place to call home!

I've been a licensed Realtor for 15 years now and I love what I do. I get great satisfaction out of working with buyers, sellers, builders and developers. A large part of my career has been spent working in new construction and onsite sales. I love promoting builders, their homes and the developments in which they build. It's alot of fun to watch a new community take shape and to see new home owners select their new homes and move in.

Due to the shift in the housing market, I have spent considerable time working with short sale and pre-foreclosure sellers as well as short sale buyers. I have obtained extra education in this type of real estate sales and have recently earned the SFR designation. The SFR designation means "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource" and is the National Association of Realtors' newest certification.

Most recently, the bulk of my time has been spent working as a listing agent for Freddie Mac/HomeSteps. It's a privilege to represent Freddie Mac in the marketing and sales of their homes. It's the goal of my team of Realtors and independent contractors to put the best looking bank-owned homes (otherwise known as REOs) on the market. My listings look great starting at the curb!!
