About Les

I have been a licensed REALTOR(c) since 1990.  

I have the greatest job!  I get to research, play and learn about new technologies and how they will work within the real estate industry.  I'm also very involved with the group CyberProfessionals, an International networking group of like minded tech savvy REALTORS that meets two times each year.  The group is heavy on fun & casual networking and very willing to share ideas across the membership roster. 

I am married and have three children and two dogs, Willie & Katie.  I was born in and live in Des Moines Iowa.

Areas of Expertise

I love anything technology related.  Especially if it deals with the real estate business.  I spend much of my day answering some of the more common questions by REALTORS.  "How do I get these darn pictures out of my camera?" - "Why does my computer run slow? I rebooted sometime in the last month I SWEAR!" and the all popular "HELP, I can't make this MLS system work like I want it to!!!!"

I hold a Brokers License and have been an Assistant Manager at a local competing real estate company.  I am involved on my local Association as a board of director member.  I am the "go to guy" for my Association when it comes to anything MLXchange MLS related.  I am also a board of director member of the Iowa Association of Realtors.  I am on several committees both local and state including Professional Standards, Legislative and Technology.

I enjoy teaching REALTORS and getting the instant feedback from them at each class.
