 One of Webster's definitions of an expert is a person who has been trained by practice.  One thing that I believe sets me apart from everyone else is my ability to meet people and gain their trust and respect.  I practice this on a regular basis.  I regularly walk through local neighborhoods and knock on doors and talk to people.  This lets them know that I am willing to get out and work for them.  I am willing to do the same for you!

I am a member of the Searcy Board of Realtors. I am currently serving as a director on the Searcy Board of Realtors.  I was top producer in my company for 2008.

A compliment that I recieved that meant a lot to me was from a For Sale By Owner.  I drove by this house everyday on my way to the office.  The first day the sign went up I called the seller.  Normal conversation between us.  For several weeks they continued to try to find a qualified buyer.  Finally I recieved the call about listing the property.  I was told they were interviewing two agents.  I went for the interview and got the listing.  I was later told that the reason I got the listing was because I had presented my self very professionally from the first point of contact and that I had been persistent in calling and checking on them.  They said they liked someone who would work to get thier business.
