I am a Listing and Marketing specialist Agent, using many different media to expose my listings, drives buyer interest and vigorous lead follow up to get homes SOLD. I also incorporate many great buyer programs that benefit the valued clients I do business with, such as we offer a "FREE" Home warranty for every buyer (Even the ones who buy our listings through another agent) We offer $1,000 dollar closing cost bonus to every buyer (if they use our preferred lender it is $2,000) and the satisfaction guaranteed or we pay you 25% of our commission. There are many new frontiers to be discovered, and my team and I will always be searching for a better way to do business. If any agent refers us a transaction we happily pay a 30% referral.
