A Little About Me
For years I was a "closet Realtor", spending hours online comparing house prices, new homes on the market, averaging sale prices. I was always talking about "someday" when the kids are grown, when I have time, when I am older. Finally my husband and father both told me to just stop talking about it and JUST DO IT!
I attended Hogan School of Real Estate and became a Real Estate Agent January of 2007. I enjoyed real estate and helping folks out. In November of 2007, my husband was transfered to New Mexico for work, and I put my license on hold to be with him. Since then, we have fufilled our time in New Mexico and moved back to Arizona, but I have concentrated on raising my very energetic and wonderful kids. But I realize I still have knowledge I can share about my community and knowledge I have picked up along the way.
Nearly 80% of consumers start their real estate search on the web according to the National Association of Realtors. I was one of them, I know! I found my house almost 5 years ago on the internet, previewed it, and THEN called my Realtor to make an offer on it! I didn't have the time to go out day after day previewing homes, when I could get most information and a feel for the home right there on the internet. I believe most consumers are just as busy as I was, and most know what they want before they even call a Realtor. So I feel like I can help by providing community information and other information for buyers and sellers out there.
Southern Arizona Native
I grew up in Southeastern Arizona, and still live here. I enjoy the opportunities of raising farm animals, value work ethics, and enjoy the beauty of a starry summer night sky. In Cochise County, I have found the people so kind and welcoming.
