A Realtor in Mom's Clothing
For years I was a "closet Realtor", spending hours online comparing house prices, new homes on the market, averaging sale prices. I was always talking about "someday" when the kids are grown, when I have time, when I am older. Finally my husband and father both told me to just stop talking about it and JUST DO IT!
I decided that it was possible to be a Mother, Wife and a Realtor, I didn't have to choose between them! I just had to find a smarter way to work! With today's technology, and the help of RealEstate.com, Realtors, I have been able to to reach that goal!
Nearly 80% of consumers start their real estate search on the web according to the National Association of Realtors. I was one of them, I know! I found my house almost 3 years ago on the internet, previewed it, and THEN called my Realtor to make an offer on it! I didn't have the time to go out day after day previewing homes, when I could get most information and a feel for the home right there on the internet. I believe most consumers are just as busy as I was, and most know what they want before they even call a Realtor. This is where I come in! I will help guide you through the process of offers, counteroffers, inspections, down to closing day and beyond! I will start as your Realtor, but we will leave as friends!
And for those who are selling with me, I promise to use the power of the internet to give your property the most exposure, to get it sold fast and at top dollar.
