About Us:

    Your Realtor in the SW Riverside County area of Inland Empire...more specifically, Temecula California.  We are about 45 min North of San Diego, South of Orange County and about the same distance from the Coast and Big Bear!   Centrally located is the ideal reason to be in this beautiful wine region!  The weather is superb with moderate temperatures most of the year.  It gets warm in the summer but because of the positioning of the mountains(in the Rainbow Gap), we get an afternoon breeze from the ocean that blows out the heat, which is why the grapes do so well.  We have 33 wineries in town now; call when your in town tasting!   

I have been in Real Estate in Southern California for 7 years.  My educational background is marketing and advertising and presently my partner/husband and I employ 1 Asst and 3 buyers agents.  Our team as a whole, are fully immersed in the REO(Bank owned) market, representing several banks.   Even though my specialty is in residential and investment properties (land and residential). I spend alot of time working with developers on land deals. I spend a great deal of time educating myself on technology updates, legal perspectives, real estate and contractual changes.  My husbands previous career prior to retirement, was sales and marketing for 20 years at a fortune 500 company.

     In case you're not sure what QSC is in the block above. It stands for Quality Service Certified.   http://www.qualityservice.org/search.aspx   When I do business with a client, they will be sent a survey at the end, that goes directly back to the sending 3rd party. That 3rd party (QSC) immed. uploads it to the internet for the world to see.  Last year only 3 agents acquired Platinum status in the Inland Valley, I was one of them.  I maintained a level 5 satisfaction rating all year.  I am a glutton for punishment I guess :)  it keeps me on my toes to make sure my client needs always come first before my paycheck!  I like to do business with people that have the same philosophy.

Areas of Expertise

   We, as a family and work team, provide hours of time, money and efforts towards raising money for different organizations.  Some of the orginizations that we support are Toys for Tots, several different soccer teams, community golf program, Wishes for Children.   We also help to fill the cupboards of our local Pantry each season.  

   My husband, recently retired from the communications industry, acquired his real estate and also Brokers license.  Our children are both fully immersed in their sports lives. My son is a junior at Great Oak Highschool and a golfer.  He is scheduled to go to Pepperdine in 2010.  My daughter is a Freshman at Great Oak and into club soccer.  When we not 100% engrossed in our business, we are fully engrossed in our taxi service for 2 :)  and love every moment of it! 

   Dare I forget to add our additional family member....our 10 yr old Yorkie, Sven "Louie" Forss  (not the smartest tool in the shed but loved nonetheless)  

I serve the Inland Empire but to be more specific, I handle Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Perris,Hemet, San Jacinot  Menifee, Sun City, Moreno Valley, Anza, Lake Elsinore and areas surrounding, as well as areas that are included in these cities which include De Luz, La Cresta &  Wine Country!   It sounds like a large area but it is all within 20-30 min of my home!
