About Us:

Linda is one of only a few female inspectors in the region and offers her clients a background that makes her uniquely qualified for the job.
She has performed almost two thousand inspections, residential and commercial and received many accolades from clients, realtors and attorneys. In fact in many cases the home sellers hire her for their own inspections on their new homes, after having seen her work.
Linda holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering and has worked for top major engineering firms around the country.
In addition to her engineer's eye for detail and mind for processes and systems, she brings to the business her knowledge of home improvement, maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, structural, heating and cooling and carpentry. Linda was trained in home inspection at the time when the rules and requirements were most stringent for home inspectors to get licensed, with the longest apprenticeship requirements.
Linda takes her time with the client, explaining how systems work and should be maintained. She has the philosophy that there is no problem or concern in a house that cannot be addressed successfully. She keeps clients, realtors and attorneys informed. She maintains her outstanding professionalism while putting her clients at ease with her personable and friendly attitude.
Linda is currently on the Board of Directors and serves as an Educator and seminar speaker at NJ ALPHI, the Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors where she trains other professionals so they can maintain their continuing education requirements. She is also the Governmental Liaison for that organization. She is a member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Our goal is to ensure that the homebuyer is educated, confident and fully informed - before, during, and after, the home-buying experience. With same-day availability on many home inspection reports, and helpful customer service follow-up, we go out of our way to do our part to help make the home buying experience pleasant and easy.

We can offer a year round swimming pool inspection from an expert who will drill down through the ice to send scanners and cameras to investigate the pools interior! When you are considering a luxury property that offers a swimming pool as an amenity, wouldn't it be nice to be able to assure that the pool is all it is supposed to be, regardless of the time of year?
We have expert septic inspectors who employ the latest high-technology techniques and equipment; oil tank environmental specialists; the largest and most reputable radon and well water testing laboratory in the state. Every home inspection includes a standard charcoal canister radon test and wood destroying insect inpection.. For an additional fee, 4 Seasons also offers a computerized, continuous radon monitor that will track movement, temperature, humidity and barometer changes; for greater detail, as well as discouraging tampering during the test period. We can offer any inspection service that you want, coordinate the appointments and get the reports back to you before you know it!
