I am a financial professional bringing expertise in many aspects of the mortgage industry. I was awarded the "Circle of Excellence" for being in the top 25 producers for our company which has over 425 loan officers. Our company is a direct lender which means we have our own underwritters and can control more aspects of the loan and its closing. I am also able to broker loans when necessary which gives me more flexibility and options for loans that may require more creative solutions.
My background is quite varied. For ten years I was a custom homebuilder specializing in high-end design build homes in Spokane, Washington. I was President of the Local Homebuilder's Association and was awarded top honors for my entries in their annual "Showcase of Homes." All In One Construction Loans are a specialty of mine.
I also love working with first time homebuyers. There is nothing more satisfying than helping a young family or young man or woman realize "The American Dream" for the first time.

I have offices in Indian Wells and Desert Hot Springs but can also do loans in all 50 states.
