I cannot thank Libby enough for all she did for me regarding the sale of my dear friend Smitty's home. Smitty had been fighting Alzheimer's for quite some time, and after breaking a hip we lost him in March of 2006.
After his passing, we were left with the matters of settling his estate. When we made the decision to sell, I felt Libby was the best person to handle this difficult situation.
Libby took charge of all the matters at hand and kept me in the loop with each step of the way. She coordinated the inspection reports, obtained quotes for repairs, and took a fine toothcomb to the house in the preparation for the sale, and made sure they delivered on time. The most important aspect was Libby allowed me to focus on the remainder of issues regarding the estate and my job.
Libby set the pace, stayed on track and made me feel comfortable with all the decisions that we necessary to prepare the house for sale and complete the transaction. Smitty would have been proud of how the house was restored to its original beauty regardless of its 80 years of age.
Libby thank you is not enough for all you have done. You have gone the extra mile and then some. You are WONDERFUL! You took a huge burden off me at this time of loss.

Libby put together a cost effective fix-up plan involving essential repairs, cleaning, repainting, staging and new landscaping. Her knowledge of service vendors, with reasonable prices and quality work, was extremely helpful. She advised us of the work we should do, and what we should leave for the buyers.
Libby personally spent many hours supervising the work, staging the house and installing the landscaping with her own hands.
Libby marketed the property aggressively, holding numerous agent tours and open houses, even after the house was in contract. The house needed to be sold in 60 days and we closed the escrow in 45 days. We are very happy with the job Libby did and we would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home on the Peninsula.
