With over 30 years of combined experience, Gregg & Debbie Munson have been among Flagstaff's top-producing and most-respected real estate teams. Gregg, an Associate Broker, has served on the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors Board of Directors, has sponsored and trained many real estate agents, and has pursued numerous real estate designations, including the ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CDPE-Cerified Distressed Property Expert, E~PRO-Certified Internet Professional, and CRMC-Certified Realtor & Mortgage Counselor.  Debbie, a former relocation counselor, has been recognized as a veteran of over 250 relocations, an expert in marketing and promotion, a Senior Relocation Counselor, and a Certified Realtor & Mortgage Counselor.   

2008 was another banner year for Gregg & Debbie.  In addition to being among the top-producing agents in Flagstaff, their business has continued to grow thanks to the loyalty shown by their clients.  Presently, over 91% of their business is a direct result of client-based referrals. 

In addition to the contribution Gregg & Debbie have made to their profession, they are equally committed to improving the community which the love so much.  As a result of raising their three grandchildren, Shaylee age 8, Freddy age 4, and Sharee age 1, Gregg and Debbie are strong supporters of KKONA, Kinship Kare of Northern Arizona, while Gregg has been involved in the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce and a supporter of the Museum of Northern Arizona.  

Hobbies for Gregg, when time permits, include upland bird hunting, jogging & weight lifting, competition pistol shooting, and staying abreast of the latest technology. Debbie's hobbies include crocheting, hiking, gourmet cooking, and spending time with the family.
