About Me

Inspecting homes is a passion for me, your clear understanding of the current condition and any safety issues of the home is most important to me. I inspect every home as if I were buying it for myself. I spend more time than most inspectors, in order to provide a very thourough and complete inspection. Customer satisfaction is my main concern. I am a full time inspector. A State of Nevada Certificed and Licensed Inspector, and Master inspector trained.

About The Inspector

I started out building homes as a teenager at 17 here in the Las Vegas valley, and have been involved in many related fields since. I belong to the local assication of inspectors (SNAPPI), which provides monthly trainning and countinued education in all areas of inspecting homes and new technology in the construction trades. I regularly attend accredited courses on HVAC, Swimming Pool construction and safety, Electrical, and Plumbing through many professionals and organizations here in Las Vegas.
