I have been a part of the Placer Title family for over 10 years and love my job!  I started in this business in 1996 and its exciting how every escrow is different.  For one thing, you can never get bored in this business!

Although I can handle pretty much any type of Escrow, my area of expertise is Mobile Homes.  I handle Mobile Home Escrows all over the State of California and am well known in the industry.  My claim to fame is my excellent customer service and my client/customer relationships.  The Escrow process is stressful and my goal is to ensure that the customer (usually elderly) has as much of a stress free experience as possible.

Remember, its vitally important to ensure that your Escrow Officer actually knows how to transfer title to a Mobile Home.  I see a lot of companies who say they can handle a Mobile Home Escrow, however, from experience I know, anyone can close an Escrow, the key is making sure its done right!

I can honestly say that when I close an escrow, the customer is happy.  My attention to detail and caring customer service ensures that everything goes smoothy.  My pet peeve is poor customer service and unfortunately I have been hearing a lot lately from customers that when they call other companies their phone calls are never returned, that the EO is rude to them, or they never get their issues resolved.  Dealing with Seniors I am very aware of the extra care and attention that they need.  Escrow is stressful enough without having stessed out clients on hand.  I go the extra mile to make sure that the client fully understands the Escrow process and is comfortable with the outcome.  Life is not perfect and neither are people.  But, if we can just go the extra mile to make the clients happy, then its all worth it!
