About Me:

When you are looking for peace of mind and confidence that the job will be done right the first time, you can count on me, Deborah Huffert. I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent and Independent Notary Public with more than eight years of experience under my belt. Formerly a Notary in California, I now serve Maricopa County with the most professional service possible. No job is too big or too small. No one else is more qualified-I am certified to complete E-Loans (by laptop with broadband access), reverse mortgages, and even commercial equipment inspections.

Services are provided for lenders, escrow companies, mortgage brokers, realtors and financial institutes.  I have personally helped individuals, direct lenders, escrow companies and title companies successfully close over 1000 loans.  These loans include purchase loans (buyer and seller side), fixed and adjustable refinances, reverse mortgages (loan docs and applications) and home equity loans.  I have also provided services for car loans and inspections.
