I have been actively selling Real Estate for almost 10 years and have my CRS designation.  Most of my business is in residential, but I have had many dealings with commercial, investment, and development properties.  Before becoming licensed, I worked for many years in construction, both new and remodeling.  I currently sit on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central VA.

Happy New Year Sky... We have been new residents of the Commonwealth now for several months and I can't thank you enough for all of the help you provided during our relocation; you have truly become what I call a "Trusted Source" for us.  Even your website says it "my agent sky" and that is what you were for us.  The first 100 days after any move is stressful and as we moved so quickly from out of state we needed local help and advice and your responsiveness and recommendations were invaluable.  Luckily for us, the house (your listing) was unoccupied and so we were able to move in quickly, but with any house that has been unoccupied a bit things are bound to happen and you were always available to point us to the right folks that could help us get everything we needed in a very short amount of time.  Also impressive is the range of communications methods you use to help - email video, cell phone email - and now on the radio I hear you ! - along with the referrals that we needed locally.  We were lucky to have you as the listing broker, as we were so new to the area it was a huge help to have you being so knowledgeable locally.  I hope you have a very happy and successful 2009.
