Worked in sales with a builder for 4 years assisting with the sales of condominiums, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes.  If you are thinking about purchasing from a builder I can help you traverse the complicated building and financial processes.  Did you know that builder sales associates are NOT LICENSED and therefore DO NOT submit to the Realtor Code of Ethics?  The builder's sales associate is paid to represent the builder only.  Shouldn't you also be represented?  After all, the builder always pays for your representative.
