- Cinematography instructor and office manager for Academy Award nominee Victor Duncan in his Professional Film Workshops at Double D Productions, Inc. in Dallas, Texas.
- Producer/Director of live video productions for J&S Communications including the Dallas Cowboys Annual Kick-Off, Novell Software and various medical associations
- Broadcast video and radio commercials incuding Public Service Announcements for the U S Air Force.
Certified Loss Mitigation Consultant. My mission is to:
- Educate homeowners in financial difficulty to help resolve their hardship
- Provide legitimate ways to save their homes from foreclosure
- Close short sales as quickly, efficiently and compassionately as possible
I was married to a mortgage banker which gives me a unique advantage in understanding the various loan programs and how lenders/loan officers assist clients to make the best decisions for home ownership.
I have three grown step-children and a proud grandmother of five. I have a passion for cooking, reading, photography, travel, observing green sea turtles, beach combing, kayaking, music, movies, helping others and more.
My greatest challenge has been embracing life without my husband since his death in 2007 and transforming myself into a better person—to help make our world a better place. I am grateful for our family, friends, professional collegues and associates, and complete strangers I've met through Activerain whom have made my journey worthwhile. I would not be back actively participating in Activerain if it weren't for all of you and God's grace.
