I entered real estate in 2004 after many years of owning and managing my own business with my husband and partner, Larry Gardiner.  I have been amazed at my selling success these past years achieving multimillion dollar sales many years running.  I owe my success in real estate to the wonderful clients I have had the pleasure of working with.  My greatest satisfaction is helping my clients achieve their goals.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Bangor real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I am a member of the National, State and Local Board of REALTORS, serve on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS, have an Accredited Buyer Representative designation from NAR, teach Home Buyer Education classes for Bangor Adult Education, serve on my town's planning board and participate in many local and church related activities and committees.

My husband Larry and I have lived in Newburgh, Maine for 10 years after spending 15 years in Holden, Maine. We enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking and taking care of our 40 acre horse property.  I also enjoys crafts of all kinds including sewing and basket weaving. Our adult children live locally. Our daughter is a recent journalism graduate from the University of Maine and works as a vet assistant in Bangor while our son is the Executive Chef at a popular Portland Old Port restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoy working in the residential market for Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Bangor area.  A particular interest of mine is working with first time home buyers as I love the education aspect and believe that an informed client is my best client.  Putting a family in their first home is a rewarding experience and we develop a relationship for life.  I also specialize in horse properties and have extensive experience with equines and their families.

I am a detail oriented person and am religious about follow-up and staying in touch with my clients.  I design my marketing campaign specially for each client so that I meet your needs for your property.
